Candle Information
Candle Care
Trim the wick to ¼” tall before every burn to keep the wax clean and burning nicely.
Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 4 hours.
Burn on stable, heat-resistant surfaces away from flammable objects.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep out of reach of pets and children.
Allow the candle to melt to the edge of the vessel. This prevents future tunneling.

Candles may vary in colour, texture and appearance as they are handmade.
Sinkholes can occur after burning as the wax tries to get back to its original form. This is a common characteristic of soy wax and has no impact on the candle’s performance. Glass adhesion may occur during shipping due to temperature changes in the environment. This has no impact on the performance of the candle.
Wax Melts
Prevent fire or injury remove wax melt from packaging before each use
Keep out of reach of children, pets and away from drafty areas or flammable materials
Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts
Do not add water or melt on stove top or non-approved appliances
Each clamshell contains 6 of the 1” wax cubes. Break off 1 to 2 cubes depending on the size of your burner. Soy wax is a soft wax and it may crumble upon removal
Add the wax cube to the top of an electric or tea-light wax burner to melt. The Wax can be re-melted until it is no longer fragrant; timeframes will vary for each scent
Soy Tea Lights
Caution:
- Burning Time: Each tea light has a maximum burn time of approximately 4 hours.
- Fire Safety: Always burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, and never leave unattended.
- Use with Holders: Always use in appropriate holders to avoid wax spillage.
- Allergies: Be mindful of potential allergies to fragrances; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Emergency Precautions: In case of fire, do not use water. Smother flames with a damp cloth.

Candle Refill
Caution:
- Refill and Usage: Only use approved candle refill pucks compatible with HIDEA candle vessels.
- Proper Insertion: Ensure the candle puck is pushed ALL THE WAY DOWN into the vessel to secure it. An improperly placed puck may cause uneven burning or wax spillage.
- Burning Guidelines: Pucks are designed to burn like traditional candles. Always follow standard candle safety practices:
- Emergency Precautions: In case of fire, do not use water. Smother flames with a damp cloth or use an appropriate fire extinguisher.
